For my birthday I treated the boys to Cheesecake Factory! lol....Really Filipo treated us. The only bad thing was I started feeling really sick after I took the first bite of my food. Basically the waiter was getting impatient waiting for me and just told me something to order and so I said sure. Too bad she failed to mention it was SMOOTHERED in MUSHROOMS! SO GROSS!! So I just felt completely nauseaus the whole time. I tried to scrape it all off but I still couldn't shake the taste so by the time the cheesecake came I was so not interested and hardly ate any. It was fun hanging out with the boys though. We had a good time with good food and good friends. I know I'm gonna miss it when we have to leave because next summer for my birthday we'll be in TONGA....wow the time is gonna fly just like the last year has....

Uncle Uata left two weeks ago and we miss him so much! Especially me when I'm lazy and tired from work and wish someone was home to take care of the little guy for a bit! Before he left we went to the beach and had a great time. Finau loved cruisin in the beach with his friend and with his honu. He loves floating in his little turtle! It was such a beautiful day and nice to spend some time with family and friends. There's also some photos from PCC when we went. Everybody loves Finau. He is so lucky. When we went to SAMOA they gave him free sherbert and fruit cups. They made him laugh and laugh. Uncle Leon even gave him his lei. Finau is just one spoiled bubbaz!

There was a huge rugby tourny in town last week. We didn't find out until the final day that Filipo's first cousin was the coach of the BAY AREA team and he lives in SF. How did we not know that? Anyway the BYU boys took second place to the BAY AREA team which I think is really good considering they were all looking to quit a couple weeks ago since no one showed up to practice EVER. They didn't lose a single game until the final so good on ya mates!! Finau was their #1 FAN!! He was there every day with his daddy cheering them on and he loved it! Good job RHINOS!!!

Fo'ou.Fo'ou.Fo'ou

There has been so much going on lately but I haven't had time to upload the pictures so I haven't really blogged about much. Anyway there has been heaps going on in the past month but we're still working on getting pictures so once we get those it'll be even more exciting.

Well Finau has four teeth (two on the top and two on the bottom) and has been teething like crazy with really bad fevers/chills/crying so it's been kinda crazy round here taking care of him but other than that he's just enjoying life. He's been going into town with Filipo to watch rugby every day this week so he's a busy boy.

The boys from BYU have been playing in this rugby tourny in town. They were undefeated until the final game where they lost by 16 points and got second place but that's still good because they got $15000.00!! But with the sixty people sharing it it'll come out to about $30/person hahahha.....

I only had to work 19 hours this past week so I enjoyed some days off Wednesday-Friday. It was nice because Filipo took Finau to town for rugby so I had some ME TIME and I LOVED it. I cleaned the house and just caught up on sleep. It was a good week. I also watched Kilika and Kaumanalii (SP??) They were way cute but handling three little boys can be a handful especially when they're all running in three different directions!

Finau & I spent Saturday all over the island from SWAP MEET to PEARL RIDGE MALL to KAPIOLANI for the ruggers tourny to KALIHI for a mean feed to CLUB of SAM in HNL to KANEOHE for jack'n'box and finally to good old TVA for a sleep. It was a long and busy day but we had fun with Lilly & Keti. Poor Finau was so sick and when cuzzie Tessi held him he was just not happy. Every time she watches him he cries non stop LOL....

Today we're having a little bar-b-que with Kulisi & Ka'ala at their house. I've never been there so it should be fun and we'll definitely take some pictures.

I'm looking forward to my last 40-hour work week as a student...wooowwww soon I'll be graduated!! but at the same time not looking forward to school and running around like crazy. Thankfully Filipo isn't taking classes so we'll have someone to babysit Finau for a bit.

Countdown:

School begins: ONE WEEK (JUL 27)
School break: SIX WEEKS (SEPT 9)
Last semester as a college student at BYUH begins: TWO MONTHS (Sept 16)
Finau turns one: TWO.AND.A.HALF MONTHS (October 2nd)
Mum & Dad arrive: December 11 (I think)
Graduation/Freedom (at least for a bit): DECEMBER 18

Birthday wish list....

This year I only want three things (well four really) for my birthday)


1) I use to watch these movies all the time when I was growing up and I don't care how cheesy anyone thinks they are I love them: Gidget, Gidget Goes Hawaiian, Gidget Goes to Rome. They have the entire series at Best Buy for $11.64 and if I get to that side of the island I'm buying it...
2) This is suppose to be a picture of a clean home or at least google's idea of a clean home. So Uata & Lipo get on it, you have 11 hours left lol...Oh I'll even settle for a clean kitchen like in the picture!

3) For every single one of my friend's on facebook to wish me a Happy Birthday hahaha...juss kidding but really...I'll give you ice cream if you do...hahaha...loi pe ia

4) For my fam bamz that are all in Albequerque for Gabe's baby blessing to call and sing me Happy Birthday. All of them together! I miss them so much!

And that is my birthday wish list...feel free to come clean during the next 11 hours. I'm sure the boys would like the help lol....

opps one more #5) I'd love for Finau to start crawling on my birthday, that'd be the icing on the cake! Come on bubbz I know you can do it!!
