Stake Conference

How can you not love him in these next pictures. Look at his little lips :) He is too cute!! I loved how he was biting his little lips like that.

The facials that FInau was giving us were so cute & funny. He had just woken up on the way from church so he was kinda in that "wake-up" stage. He was soooo cute! You can't help but wanna pinch his cheeks & love him. He's the best baby!!

While I was taking these pictures I kept thinking of the missionary pictures that people take with the beige background and in a suit. Finau is going to make a great missionary or at least going to be great at taking missionary pictures or a photopoly worker at PCC because he's already had a lot of practice.

We had Stake Conference today. I wanted to dress Finau in something nice so we decided to see if his 1 yr. old suit would fit him since he has been fitting in 9 month clothing already. Filipo said it wouldn't fit but was shocked when it did! That's right Finau is already wearing the same size clothes as a 1 yr old!! That just means he's a healthy baby :) Here are some picture we took after Stake Conference.

THANKS GRANDMA FOR THE SUIT!!! I LOVE IT!!! HOPEFULLY IT WILL FIT ME FOR A FEW MORE MONTHS SO I CAN STILL WEAR IT WHEN I AM ACTUALLY ONE YEAR OLD!! 'OFA ATU KIA KOE!

Working with mommy

I took Finau to work with me for a few minutes until the babysitters came to take him. We had put his train overalls on him. He was pretty cute and we took some pictures of him so we'd have some recent ones. Take a look.....

Not so secret...

Now it seems like EVERYONE knows we have a blog, thanks Ka'ala!! hahaha.....Well since I haven't written in ages here's a rundown of our life.

Me: FINAU.FILIPO.WORK.SCHOOL.EAT.SLEEP...for the most part in that order...It's a sad life I'm livin right now
FILIPO: WORK.WORK.WORK ALL DAY, EVERY DAY (Like yesterday & today when they're still practicing at 12:30 in the morning. Are these people crazy? Some of us have families at home...so what do the boys do? Run away.....but only two minutes before everyone finished and got to eat...LOL)
FINAU: EAT.SLEEP.EAT.LAUGH.SMILE.POSE.EAT SOME MORE

Life is stressful with so much work and school but I surprisingly just have a W
HATEVER attitude about it all, I should fix that. I would post a picture of Finau that's recent but I haven't downloaded them off the camera so here's a throwback......wow, I really liked our engagement pictures especially this one.....

*Filipo went and played rugby in town with the boys on Saturday. He broke his nose, AGAIN, surprise.surprise.NOT! Then he just went right back in and scored the game winning try...take that ya hater, you know who you are...cough.cough.huni.cough.cough...

feleni

Kilika & Finau spent a couple hours playing on the playground and when they came inside I gave Finau a bath. Kilika was jealous and wanted one too so after I gave him some of Finau's clothes to wear and they looked like twins. It was pretty cute seeing them sleeping there side by side. Although I think Finau was not happy about Kilika wearing his clothes because in one of the pictures he's holding onto his shorts that Kilika's wearing and screaming and crying...or maybe he was just hungry because after I gave them both a bottle they knocked right out and were fast asleep for a few hours.
Drinking their bottles

Kilika

Finau

Both of the big guys about to knock out

Someone is VERY hungry
and
wants to know why Kilika gets a bottle
and he DOESN'T!

He wanted to escape but when he realized the
door wasn't going to unlock he decided
to just tear it apart and crawl
out

Kilika wanted in the crib and Finau wanted out
[[Kilika tried to pull Finau out by grabbing his hand
& dragging him thru the bars of the crib]]
pretty cute stuff

I'm obsessed

I started Ka'ala's senior project today. It was so much fun & I AM OBSESSED WITH WII-FIT SUPER HULA HOOP!! It is so much fun. You have to move your hips to keep the hoops moving and you also have to move so that you can catch the hoops until you have a max of five hoops. It was interesting at first...but I got so many high scores after that I beat Chris who only displayed--UNRANKED. LOL...What a sad guy, making fun of me but then he couldn't even reach 100 spins. So I'll just have to wait and see if I can maintian my high scores. If not I'm working super hard to win them back next time. So if anyone is reading this and wants to buy me a wii/wii-fit for my birthday, christmas, or just because they love me...I won't STOP you!!

tamasii hawaii'nei

Well Ka'ala is doing her senior project with the wii-fit and testing your fitness levels and so I volunteered. I didn't know what I was getting myself into...haha....I haven't worked out in so long and it was kind of embarrassing, to say the least. I can only do 22 situps and 14 on the sit & reach. The 1.5 took me around 25 minutes but mostly since I just walked after the first two laps. Ahh I guess the high school days were the glory days :) Well I think it will be fun. Anyways the whole reason I was saying that is because after I picked up Kilika and watched him for a few hours.

I hadn't eaten at all that day so I was run down and really tired. Not a good combination when Kilika's awake since he's so active and now he's walking! I grabbed a yogurt out of the fridge to eat but he had other plans. He started screaming as soon as I put the spoon in and was about to take a bite. So I gave him a taste and he just sat right down expecting me to feed him the whole thing. I gave him the container and he went to work on it. I didn't think to get out the camera until he had almost finished the whole container but I did at the very end and it was so cute...except for the messy face, hands, and carpet. Babysitting Kilika is always an adventure, but a good one. We had fun eating, playing with Nau's toys, swinging on the swings, playing with the leaves, walking around campus, and going for a car ride. Here's a little video of our yogurt adventure!

Four months already...

Enna graduated in December and is leaving next week to go back to Tonga. I am going to miss her so much. I remember when I was going to change rooms and I couldn't decide between Hale 1 or Hale 5 where I'd get a room by myself. The only reason I choose Hale 1 was because of Enna. She was the best roommate. We got along really well & we became really good friends, I even let her be my maid of honor, that lucky girl ;) She loves Finau almost as much as we do and I know she's going to miss him too. She really wanted to take Finau back with her to Tonga but I just had to say no and plus I think he's too many kilos to get his own seat on the plane!! hahaha...I am going to miss all of the good times we had together but am so grateful for all of the many memories we shared. 'Ofa Atu Roomie!!

When Filipo & I went to New York with Mom we went to my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE STORE!!! CENTURY 21!! We, well mom actually, bought us all these absoultely ADORABLE baby clothes. Since we didn't know if we were having a boy or a girl we got a few of each. This was one of the outfits I just couldn't live without. I thought the shorts and vest were so cute. I thought we'd have to wait awhile until Finau grew into them but that day came a tad earlier than expected. The look he's giving me is for letting him eat the lu leaf, OOPS!

So I gave Finau a leaf to play with while Krystal and I made lu moa & lu pulu. She even saw me give him the leaf to play with but she didn't say anything. Finally after 20 minutes and me taking a gazillion pictures of him she casually says "Oh those things are itchy, I wouldn't give it to him or he's going to be itching all day..." Thanks for the HEAD UP...NOT! I grabbed the leaf and he had a nice, warm bath. All in all it was a fun day & we had a great time eating at the feed for the birthday boy. Ka'ala's parents told me that they loved him, he was so cute. They wanted to take him home :)
